1. Commercial Contract
By engaging or placing an order through vedisindia.com, you enter into a commercial agreement with Vedis India, operating from New Delhi, India. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of 18% GST.
2. Handcrafted Variations
Because each candle is individually poured by hand and solid brass urlis are hand-hammered by master artisans, slight organic variations in marble swirl veins, wax texture, and brass hammer patterns are hallmarks of genuine handmade craftsmanship.
3. Intellectual Property
All candle geometries, custom photography, brand trademarks, and proprietary packaging designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Vedis India. Commercial unauthorized mold replication or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Taxation & Legal Jurisdiction
All orders carry formal tax invoices with our registered GSTIN (07AAAAA0000A1Z5). Any legal dispute arising from transactions with Vedis India shall reside exclusively with the competent courts of New Delhi, NCT of Delhi, India.
